Refunds, Damages & Custom Products Policy
At TKC Collective, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is damaged during transit or contains a faulty item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
To process a refund, you must provide clear photographic evidence showing the condition in which the package or item was received. Once verified, a refund will be issued. Please note: exchanges or refunds are not offered for change of mind.
Customised Magnets
Due to the personalised nature of our customised magnets, we do not offer refunds on these items. However, if your item has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged, our general refund policy above will apply.
