Shipping Rates

Free shipping for all NZ orders over $150

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders under $150, calculated at checkout
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Most parcels are delivered within standard courier timeframes, but please be aware:

Rural addresses may take longer to receive deliveries

Courier delays due to weather, high volumes, or network issues are outside of our control

We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:

We will ship the in-stock items immediately

Pre-order items will be sent separately when available

You will receive tracking details for each shipment
